People Make Me Wonder...

If I keep reading the Forensic Mag at this rate, I will probably start writing murder mysteries or something. But don't worry you guys. If this happens, I promise they will be murder mysteries IN SPACE!*

Or maybe just in THE FUTURE.

Oh wait, I already have one of those.

Okay, tangents aside, Forensic Mag has a lot of interesting stories. Some are creepy. Some educational. Some just downright make me wonder wtf people are thinking. This one is the latter.

Basically, a British spy's body was found inside a padlocked sports bag inside his bathtub at home, with no signs of a struggle around it. Detectives' answer to this puzzle?

Obviously he "died in a sex game gone wrong," in which he locked himself inside the bag.

... Yes, you heard that right.

BECAUSE THAT'S THE OBVIOUS ANSWER. To a dead spy in a bag.

Not to mention like, what kind of sex game is this? Oooh, kinky, I am locked in a duffel bag somewhere in the house, baby. Come find me. What.

Anyway, surprise surprise, forensic detectives have found a third party's DNA on the zipper and padlock, indicating that someone else probably put the body in there. Dur. But what made this interesting to me was the story potential. I mean... This guy is a SPY.

Cover-up much, my dear M16?!

* actually, I have been reading a lot of space books lately too... did you know that Saturn's moon Titan has a thicker atmosphere than Earth, and it's composed of mostly nitrogen and methane and it rains methane, which collects in lakes and rivers and then evaporates back into the sky JUST LIKE WATER?! ... okay, maybe I am the only one who finds that cool, but srsly guys

TERRAFORMING WOULD TOTALLY WORK THERE. /end Firefly moment.

  1. I think "sex game gone wrong" is pretty much the go to answer for anything. Seriously, you should start using that as an answer to questions.

Terraforming Titan would be awesome. Although I hope we could do something about that methane rain.
