Reading Statistics

Anyone who is thinking about or actively planning to self-publish (and anyone who is aiming to get traditionally published and is curious about analytics) should check out Hiptype.

It's a site that analyzes data from e-readers and provides handy charts about your audience: the size of book they're most likely to finish reading, the gender divide across subject areas, who prefers female vs. male protagonists, which prices sell the most copies/earn the most revenue... All kinds of good-to-know details!
