Good news: I have been saved from the cardboard box of penniless writerdom, and I will very soon be starting one of these mystical "real" jobs. I'll also be right near NYC, which is great, since most of the book fairs/signings/events I'm addicted to happen there (and since a majority of my awesomely cool friends live there too :P). In a few weeks, I'll be starting a temporary position as a marketing assistant with a major publishing company. Yay!
Slight bad news though: I'll have to leave Englandia a bit early to take the job. Luckily though, I've gotten some nice time in with the fiance until now. Plus, bonus - I should now have the money to visit him occasionally/treat him to nice fancy dinners when he visits me.
And now, back to stalking Craig's List.
By the way, if anyone hears anything about someone with a spare room for rent in Hoboken... :P
